Responder Free Home Delivery Service offers more than the usual Home Delivery Service.

All our Customer Care Staff have a British Healthcare Trades Association BTEC Advanced Award in Stoma & Continence Customer Support and we are on hand to offer specialist advice, with over 21 years experience, we will ensure you receive the best in Customer Care.

Because we are an independent family run business and not owned by a manufacturer of Ostomy Appliances, we can offer you unbiased product advice with a product choice from ALL manufacturers and a free sampling service.

Using our Home Delivery service we will ensure your items are delivered before 12pm on a pre-arranged day, and no need to wait in; we can leave your parcel without a signature in a secure location of your choice. You will then be contacted by our Team to ensure that you have received your delivery safely.

If your Pouches/Flanges require cutting then our revolutionary Computerised Cutting Machine, will ensure you have the best, most accurate and hygienic cut available.

We offer all the essential wipes and disposal bags, plus wet wipes if required with every order, but we will also offer you a free gift of your choice after registration.
