To help us in providing a quality service to you, please take part in our Patient Satisfaction Survey.

OstoMART is commited to providing a quality service to all of it's patients, and to help us maintain our high standards, we have an on-line Patient Satisfaction Survey for you to complete.

We have teamed up with a Company called Patient Dynamics to bring you this survey. Patient Dynamics has been a Healthcare Commission approved survey contractor for over 4 years and has vast experience in carrying out patient surveys. The questions have been devised in partnership with the Department of Health.

You do not have to give any personal information (not even your name) when completing the survey, and it should take no longer than 10 minutes. The final questiion asks you where you receive your Home Delivery Service from, and here you select your appropriate OstoMART Service Centre.
